MATERIAL DESCRIPTION
The facemask is made using an ultra-fine polypropylene which provides superior filtration efficiency
and makes a superior contamination barrier in cleanroom applications. To assure product purity, the
mask manufacturing process is performed in a cleanroom environment.
Using ultrasonic seal bonding on all seams provides strong durable seals without needle holes or thread
that can cause irritation to the wearer and contamination build up on the mask.
The flexible nose bridge wire allows the user to fit the mask to their face reducing nose and face
irritation.
The mask material has been selected to eliminate any chance of allergic reaction or irritation
to the wearer’s skin.
Our facemasks are produced in a cleanroom environment in Singapore. Products are both Singapore
and European CE marking certified, conforming with health, safety and environmental protection
standards.
