產品查詢The biggest contribution of particles in the Cleanroom comes from garments and footwear of personnel. Dou Yee Air Shower removes contaminants from the personnel in the Air Shower Chamber. It uses high velocity air flow of approximately 22 m/s directed on the personnel that provides scrubbing action which remove particles from garments.
